Dr. Paula Jacob-Fox was born in the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. She immigrated to the United States to pursue higher education in 1994. She completed her undergraduate education as a Biology Major at Morgan State University in Baltimore Maryland. She then studied Medicine at Loma Linda University, after which she completed her Residency training in Family Medicine at the Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, California. At the time of this publication, she practices medicine as a primary care physician in Lithonia, Georgia. She is married to Dr. Curtis Fox, and they have 3 children.
