Dupre was inspired by God to publish his second book, an assortment of poems that God gave him to write for encouragement and healing. Each poem is unique and focuses on a special message. It is the author’s prayer that through his encouraging words, each reader finds Christian inspiration and spiritual growth through the poems.
When asked what inspired the author to write this book, Dupre said, “Compassion to give encouragement to others and to help heal their hurting hearts.”
Edward E Dupre III has been writing Christian poetry since 1985. He has now written more than 3,500 poems and continues to write Christian poetry on a regular basis. Dupre currently serves God by doing prison ministry and serves at his church. He and his wife, Karen, live in Palm Coast, Florida. He has been a missionary and toured many states throughout the country with a group that performed Christian plays for churches, schools and nursing homes. Dupre loves to spend time with his family, travel and watch sports.
