Milton R. Restituyo, M.Ed., is a seasoned educator with over 37 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language to children, teens, and adults across all levels. A graduate of Rutgers University and a doctoral candidate in education at Bradley University, he is also the founder of Broad Language Institute. Originally from the Dominican Republic and long established in the United States—where he has completed all his higher education—Professor Restituyo is passionate about breaking language barriers through innovative methods—including the use of music and linguistic analysis. His mission is to help English learners move beyond memorized grammar rules to truly understand the language.
