Author Ginger Busby has been a licensed foster/adoptive/Kinship caregiver for 13 years. She carries a AA in Criminal Justice from Clinton Community College, Clinton, Iowa; a BA concentration in Social work from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa.Ginger has worked in the mental Health field for 10 years and currently as a Child Welfare Specialist. In this book she shares intimate details of the tenacity and unforeseen challenges that come from this endeavor. She also shares the basic lay out of the Foster care system and where individuals like you can come along and help the ones who are helping the orphans.
