As a Pastor myself, I’ve always coveted the prayers of my church. Every Pastor of a church, every leader of a ministry, needs the prayers of the people that they minister to. The attacks on leadership are great and frequent and often brutal. Now, the nature of a leader is that they want to be an example of faith and strength to the people that follow them. Consequently, they don’t always make known to their followers the needs they have. They don’t want to sound like they are complaining or weak or stir fear in the hearts of the congregation. But rest assured, they do have needs and they do need prayer.
