Cousins is the imaginative “what-if” story of the boyhood years of John the Baptist, called “Johnny, “and his cousin from Nazareth, Jesus. The story blends authentic first century Jewish history, culture, and geography with childhood memories to which we all can relate.  Watch through a lens of folksy sanctified imagination as neighborhood boys prepare to become “the voice crying in the wilderness” and the Savior of the World.
Johnny was an outdoorsman and was full of fun and energy. Jesus was six months younger and was more introverted than his fun-loving cousin. Both, however, were fully aware of their calling in God’s plan and purpose.
This is a story that will win your heart. Some circumstances will bring laughter and some will bring tears.  You will not be far into these pages before you know and love these young men. Please fully enjoy this book.
