Ms. Perry was born in Houston, Texas the daughter of Reverend Cal Williams and Mother Allene A. Williams of the Church of God in Christ. She is a registered nurse and has worked in pediatrics, rehabilitation, and geriatric nursing. She is not a theologian or a preacher. She hasn’t been to seminary. According to her, “I’m nobody special. I simply developed a strong desire to explain to new Christian’s how-to walk-in victory and to answer some questions that I had, and no one really answered when I started my walk with God. She conducts Bible Study for incarcerated women at the Dallas County jail.
