In Pride’s Fall the Risen Christ, the author presents a dramatized but mostly autobiographical story, featuring a character named Tom who experiences events from the author’s own life. The book focuses largely on the topic of pride, how one man succumbs to it, and the harm it causes. The narrative is broken up by biblical commentary and uses Scripture to illustrate insightful points about the story.
Pastor Hellmann has been ordained since 2005 and is serving in Mariposa California. He has a BA in Pastoral Counseling and Masters in Divinity. He has a website, devotions4you@sbcglobal.net and posts devotions 7 days a week. Him and his wife Debbie have taught Sunday school, counseled and are active in their church. Pastor Hellmann was a nationally certified Addictions Counselor III and Anger Management Therapist and is using those skills to continue counseling. Him and his wife have been active in ministry for over 20 years. This book is a testimony of how Christ can rule in our lives and restore relationships.
