This is the first bilingual book written in English and the standardized orthography of Nigerian Pidgin. It is three books in one.
It will take you on the journey and history of how God used Apostle Roy Okonkwo to translate the entire Bible into Nigerian Pidgin using the standardized orthography of the language. It includes the New Testament book of Matthew translated into Nigerian Pidgin.
It is about forgiveness, God's patience, miracles, provision and answered prayers.
We hope that readers will be encouraged in their faith through the stories and lessons learned outlined in each chapter of the book. Scripture references are provided for personal study.
There is a chapter dedicated to teaching the reader how to read and write Nigerian Pidgin.
Our desire is that this book will help speakers of Nigerian Pidgin to read and understand God’s message in their heart language. It will also help non speakers of Nigerian Pidgin to learn how to speak and read in the language, making it a book for all people and languages.

He is President and Founder of Mercy Christian Ministry International, and Rodakych LLC. He holds an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies. Apostle Roy has a deep love and passion for the translation work.
Pastor Daphne Okonkwo is a Bible Translation Consultant and Bible Teacher. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration. She has worked as a Registered Nurse, Risk Manager, Patient Safety Director, Consultant for Hospitals and Surgery Centers. She holds several healthcare certifications.
