Regina L. McCray is a 40-year-old native of Clarksdale, MS. She graduated with a B.S. in Communications and Paralegal Studies from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS in 2005. During the Fall of 2004 while attending MUW, she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She earned her M.S. in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ in 2013. Regina has always had a love for writing. During high school, she thoroughly enjoyed writing poetry. Regina currently practices Speech-Language Pathology in a home health setting near her home town of Clarksdale. Her hobbies include conversing with family and friends, playing card and board games, shopping, and traveling.
Since accepting Christ into her heart, Regina has been on a journey inclusive of highs, lows, and all that fall in-between. Regina hopes that sharing her experience of disobedience to God’s will, being emotionally abused in her marriage, and being restored by God’s grace and mercy will help people who are living in that situation know that God loves them too much for them to remain in a situation in which they are being abused in any way. Also, she hopes that her experience will encourage other believers to continue in their walk, answer their calls to share Christ, and continue to grow in our Lord and Savior.
If Not for God’s Grace, Regina’s first book, is a task ordered by God to be completed as a testimony of His unending love, grace, and mercy. To God be the glory!
