The Young Adult Leadership Training (YALT) manual provides churches and community groups with a tool for ages 14 - 26 that helps develop leadership skills, life skills, spiritual growth opportunities, and community service projects. This dynamic, interactive ministry model designed and developed by Barbara W. Rogers and her staff helps young adults increase self-awareness by providing opportunities in a safe and caring environment to work on introspection, self-definition, and the emergence of self-definition. Participants are provided extra support during this pivotal point in life regarding essential tasks for future stability and success in decision-making, core value formation, interpersonal relationships, career exploration, and giving back to the community as volunteers.
