Fathers and sons share a unique bond that, like the rings of a tree, endures from seed to sapling to death. On this round path, like the leaves, the fathers and sons sprout courage, trust, and wonder.
This story shares that journey as a son grows, learns and struggles with his father’s illness. Upon his father’s death, the son is comforted with the knowledge that the bond still holds and hope and love endures, even in a great time of loss and sadness.
