One significant thing we have in common is relationships. Whether family, friends, business, academic, religious, or romantic relationships, we all desire to connect with people with whom we can share laughter, friendship, work, caring, and support through the good times and the hard times in life. There are, however, various life dynamics that either hinder or foster the fulfillment of these desires. Examples of these are:
Self-esteem
Family Upbringing
Personal growth and development
Our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
How we experience the love languages
How we manage and resolve conflicts (whether we accommodate, abdicate, dictate, or collaborate)
Our adaptability to the seasons and stages of life and marriage
And much more
In this book, I elaborate on these dynamics and how they impact our lives and relationships. I also share practical perspectives and approaches that I’ve learned from human experiences, the bible, life coaching and counseling materials.
Currently residing in the United States, I have been married for fifteen years and a father for eleven years. I am not a professional counselor, but l enjoy learning from them and sharing the health and psychosocial information that has been life-changing for me and countless others. In addition to recently becoming a Health and Fitness Life Coach, Kedine and I co-founded Mission Wholelife Initiative. This endeavor is to improve lives and communities through faith-based initiatives such as Wholistic Health Seminars, Bible G.P.S Family Studies, and Marriage and family Seminars.
