Ceci was born in Lima, Peru. At age 16 she travelled to Sydney, Australia where she lived for two and a half years. While there, she attended the Technical College of Sydney where she became fluent in the English language. When Ceci moved back to Peru, she worked at the American Embassy until she became a resident of the United States in 1990.
Born into a Christian family, however, she didn’t start walking with the Lord until she was baptized in the Holy Spirit. Her relationship with Jesus grew rapidly in different levels of intimacy. Ceci has been a deliverance and healing prayer minister for the past fifteen years.
