Zelma’s Tears is a story of a typical rural family of the 1950’s and 60’s, of one young man’s search for comfort and fulfillment through alcohol, and his road to recovery. Tragedy strikes, tempting him to return to the bottle to cope. But with the encouragement and help of friends and the strength gained through faith in the Lord, he overcomes the urge to drink, even though he continues to grieve.
