Jim Evans and his wife, Joan, have four grown children and six grandchildren. He served 28 months in Vietnam where he became intrigued with the third-world culture and its resilience under unthinkable circumstances.
Evans has been on the frontlines of cultural Christianity for over five decades while pastoring, teaching, and leading ministry teams. He has taught Critical Thinking and Research at a Christian university, lobbied for Christian values before governmental committees, and participated in rescuing unborn children from murder at abortion clinics. He has defended biblical truth in courtrooms and been imprisoned for his Christian faith.
He is currently engaged in writing, speaking, consulting and holding leadership workshops on the topic of cultural Christianity. Fifty years of ministry experience in the streets, courtrooms, prisons and churches of America give him an unusual qualification to speak on the issues confronting twenty-first century America.
