Javaris “Coach” Jones is head of D.R.E.A.M. Family, LLC and founder of Men Achieving Designed Excellence (M.A.D.E.). He has served for nearly two decades as an active duty senior non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force and has used his passion for leadership to develop men and women through stateside and overseas assignments. He and his wife, Frances, are certified relationship coaches and live in San Antonio with their daughter, Jada, and two sons, Ervin and Bridan.
