It is my prayer that after reading this book, you will be just like Jabez in 1Chronicles 4:9-10, whose desire was to be more and to do more for God. We have lost people, hurting people, and a hurting nation that needs to hear from us as Christians. As a clarion call to Christians everywhere, I recite the Jabez Prayer. And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “O, that You would bless me indeed, And enlarge my territory, That you would keep me from evil, That I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested. 1 Chronicles 4:10 (NKJV)
I am a 1971 graduate of Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, where I obtained a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing along with a double minor in psychology and sociology.
